Extended Fulfillment Window: All pre-ordered items are produced and prepared specifically for you. As a result, please note that orders will ship approximately two and a half (2.5) weeks after the date of purchase.

Estimated Shipping Timeline: The two and a half week fulfillment period allows us to finalize production, complete quality assurance checks, and package your order securely. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays (such as supplier issues or shipping interruptions) may occur. In the event of any such delays, we will provide updates via email as soon as possible.

Order Modifications: Since each pre-order item is made-to-order, changes to item specifications (such as size, color, or style) cannot be accommodated once the order has been placed and confirmed.

Cancellation & Refunds: Due to the nature of pre-orders, cancellations or refunds will not be granted once the payment is processed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
